Privacy policy

We care about your data and collect only what we need to contact you and prepare an offer. This policy is issued under the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" of May 18, 2015, No. HO-49-N, and explains what data we receive through the website, why, how we store it and what rights you have.

1. Who processes your data

2. What data we receive

Through the request, question and cost calculator forms:

  • your name (optional);
  • your phone number;
  • a comment or question, if you wrote one;
  • the parameters selected in the calculator (number of users, databases, devices, required customizations and integrations);
  • service details: the page and language of the website from which the request was sent.

Technical data: the IP address is used by the server only for spam protection and is not stored in our accounting system.

We do not request or process special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) or biometric data. Please do not include unnecessary personal details in your comment.

3. Why we use the data

  • to call you back and answer your question;
  • to calculate the cost of implementation or support and prepare an offer;
  • to conclude and perform a contract if you become our client;
  • to protect the website from spam and abuse.

We do not use your data for marketing mailings without separate consent and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

4. Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give electronically by submitting a form on the website. Consent is voluntary, but without a phone number we cannot contact you.

If you become a client, data is also processed to perform the contract and to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

5. Where and how data is stored

Requests are delivered to our 1C accounting system hosted on our servers in the Republic of Armenia. Only employees who need it to handle your request have access.

We protect data with organizational and technical measures: encrypted HTTPS transfer, separate accounts with limited rights, passwords and backups.

6. Who may receive the data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. The website relies on the following services:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting and delivery of requests to our accounting system, processing of the IP address and technical request data for attack protection;
  • Google LLC (Google Fonts) and unpkg.com: loading of fonts and the graphics library, during which your browser sends these services its IP address and browser details;
  • Yandex LLC (Russia), Yandex Maps: the office map in the contacts section; when it loads, your browser sends the service its IP address and browser details.

Data is disclosed to public authorities only in the cases and manner expressly provided by law.

7. Transfer of data outside Armenia

The servers of the services listed in section 6 may be located outside the Republic of Armenia. Such transfer is limited to what is necessary for the website to work and is carried out on the basis of your consent and in line with the Law "On Protection of Personal Data".

8. Retention periods

  • requests that did not result in a contract are kept for no more than 3 years after the last contact and are then deleted;
  • client data is kept for the term of the contract and for the periods required by the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

You may ask us to delete your data earlier unless the law requires us to keep it.

9. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or visitor counters. Your browser (localStorage and sessionStorage) keeps only the background music setting: whether it is on and where to resume playback. This is not personal data and is never sent to us. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated in advance.

10. Your rights

Under the Law "On Protection of Personal Data" you have the right to:

  • know whether we process your data, which data, for what purpose and to whom it was disclosed;
  • access your data and receive a copy;
  • demand correction, blocking or deletion of incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unlawfully obtained data;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • appeal against our actions to the authorized body or to court.

To exercise your rights, call or write to us using the contacts in section 1. We will respond within the time limits set by law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

11. Authorized body

Personal data protection in Armenia is supervised by the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. You may file a complaint there, but we would appreciate it if you told us about the issue first so that we can try to resolve it.

12. Children

The website is intended for companies and entrepreneurs. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16. If such data has been sent to us, let us know and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. The policy is published in Armenian, Russian and English; in case of discrepancies the Armenian version prevails.
